We have been learning about the solar system and all things space related in our home school this month. We have been having a great time as there is so many ways that you can explore this topic. Here are the space homeschool ideas that we came up with.

We used some worksheets that I made to help aid our learning which Faith enjoys cutting out and sticking into her topic book. We used these sheets to learn about the history of space, the planets in our solar system, the sun, moon and galaxies.

- Visit a planetarium
- Go outside at night stargazing and see which of the constellations you can spot
- Visit the National Space Centre in Leicester
- Space related science experiments - you can find these on Pinterest or buy a kit.
